China grain production to fall due to globalwarming
Reuters reports that global warming could cut China’s grain production by more than a third, according to a scientific report to be released later in 2007. Global warming remains a low economic priority for China, although they have awareness of foreign oil dependence issues, and are trying to reduce their need for oil imports.
